The situation
This is the second website redesign Imarc has completed for Beacon Hill as part of our holistic partnership.
Beacon Hill has undergone significant business and brand growth during our ongoing partnership. The brand has grown into a national professional services and consulting organization delivering customized workforce and business solutions. As part of this engagement, Imarc implemented Beacon Hill’s transition to Beacon Hill Solutions Group on the website and supported the rebranding of the OneBeacon Division.

The challenge
The initial ask was clear: a four-month engagement to update the visuals, enhance the user experience (UX), update the main navigation, implement scalable and flexible designs for the new service pages, enhance the design of the existing Division pages, boost SEO, and upgrade the website to Craft 5 and Vue 3. We were ready.
After the refresh project was scoped, the engagement expanded to include hundreds of new pages to support AEO and SEO efforts.

The solution
As a national professional services and consulting firm, Beacon Hill continues to expand how it serves clients, candidates, and consultants. The redesign needed to reflect that advancement through a more modern experience, stronger information architecture, and scalable page design.
The redesign focused on delivering a microsite-like experience for their Division pages with supporting industry, Practice Area, and services pages to improve AEO, SEO, and the overall user experience. To do this, we rearchitected the user journeys and completely overhauled the look and feel, with the Beacon Hill team writing the copy to support the changes.
One notable element of this Craft CMS build is the duality present in the art direction. Though all Beacon Hill's Divisions sit under the overarching brand, each has a story, and, as each has expressed a desire to be differentiated, we built flexible options to suit any need or audience.
In the end, we delivered:
- New Division-specific navigation, including jump links and links to new Practice Area pages.
- Light and dark versions of all Division, Practice Area, and Industry pages.
- A Practice Area page template, with pages located under Division pages.
- A Skillset page template, with pages located under the Practice Area pages.
- An Industry page template, with pages located under Division pages.
- An Areas of Expertise page to replace the existing Industry and Skillset pages.
- An AEO-optimized site with robust cross-linking and nesting.
- A refreshed navigation with a more contemporary approach that encourages exploration regardless of the entry point.
- Simplified Craft CMS modules with guardrails and a better authoring experience, so Beacon Hill's team members could execute more efficiently.

The results
We are very happy with the new site. The look, feel, and flow are great and, overall, the site is a strong reflection of where we're headed as a brand.

After switching to an 11-month schedule, we launched with 74 Practice Area pages, 413 Skillset pages, and 364 Industry pages.
The impact was clear from the explosive results it has earned since the launch on February 19, 2026. A 5% increase in engaged sessions, a 5% increase in engagement rate, and an 18% increase in average engagement time per session.
These results are strengthening client engagement, talent acquisition, and overall brand visibility.

The future
The new Beacon Hill experience reinforces the company’s position as a national professional services firm while preserving the distinct approach and style that differentiates its brand.
This expanded website provides a broader, more flexible platform to support Beacon Hill’s audiences and growth strategy. This version of Beacon Hill’s site provides a scalable foundation for continued development, and we’re proud to support its ongoing evolution.
